Nancy, a crusading investigative reporter, deliberately gets herself arrested so that she can personally check out the rumor that the matrons of the jail are physically abusing the female prisoners. Once the head matron and the assistant get their hands on Nancy and another prisoner known as "the Brat," it's an long session of tight bondage, fiendish tickling and painful spanking for the unlucky duo.
